Community Connections to Prosperity (CCP) began as a small group in Barron County seeking to better understand and respond to poverty. Today, we’re a countywide coalition working to remove barriers, strengthen supports, and create opportunities for everyone to thrive.
Through shared learning, 90-day projects, and honest conversations, CCP helps our community move from awareness to action—one connection at a time.
Community Connections to Prosperity (CCP) is powered by partnership. Our coalition includes voices from nearly every corner of the county and beyond. Community- and faith-based organizations, schools, law enforcement, businesses, government, healthcare, media, and other local organizations.
Together, our partners help remove barriers, build connections, and create opportunities for everyone in Barron County to thrive.
